By accessing or using Get My Nails ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. Users under 18 require parental consent. Certain account types may require professional licensing.

3. Account Types

Get My Nails offers multiple account types including Member (Free), Creator, Nail Professional, Salon, Beauty Supply Store, Brand, Educator, and Product Seller. Each type has specific features, limitations, and subscription fees as described on the Upgrade page.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Get My Nails a license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the Platform. Prohibited content includes illegal, harassing, or infringing material.

5. Marketplace Transactions

The Platform facilitates marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers. Get My Nails charges platform fees as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed through Stripe.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform for fraudulent activities, spam, impersonation, or selling counterfeit goods. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Termination

Get My Nails reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. Get My Nails is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will trigger a reacceptance prompt.
