1. Payment Processing

All payments on Get My Nails are processed through Stripe. We accept major credit cards. Subscription payments are recurring until canceled.

2. Stripe Connect

Sellers, creators, and professionals must set up a Stripe Connect Express account to receive payouts. Identity verification is required by Stripe. You understand payouts are processed through Stripe Connect.

3. Platform Fees

Get My Nails charges platform fees on marketplace transactions. Current fee rates are displayed at checkout and are configurable by the Platform Administrator. Fees are deducted before payout.

4. Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed on a schedule set by the Platform Administrator (default: weekly). Minimum payout threshold is $50.00 (configurable by Admin).

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

You understand that refunds, disputes, and chargebacks follow Platform policy. Refund policies are set by individual sellers and professionals. Platform-level refunds may be issued in cases of fraud or guideline violations.

6. Tax Obligations

Sellers and professionals are responsible for their own tax obligations. Get My Nails does not provide tax advice. Tax forms are provided by Stripe where applicable.

7. Financial Ledger

All transactions are recorded in an immutable financial ledger, including platform revenue, Stripe fees, creator earnings, seller earnings, tips, refunds, and chargebacks.
