1. Seller Eligibility

By selecting a Beauty Supply Store, Brand, or Product Seller account, you agree to these Seller Terms. You must have legal rights to sell the products you list.

2. Product Compliance

Sellers are responsible for ensuring all products comply with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards. This includes FDA, EPA, and local regulatory requirements for nail products.

3. Product Listings

Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. Products must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Platform Commission

Get My Nails charges a marketplace fee on each sale as displayed at checkout. Fees are deducted from the seller payout automatically. Payout schedules are set by the Platform Administrator.

5. Prohibited Products

Prohibited products include counterfeit goods, recalled items, expired cosmetics, unauthorized professional-use products, and any items violating intellectual property rights. Prohibited products may be removed without notice.

6. Order Fulfillment

Sellers must fulfill orders within stated timeframes. Failure to fulfill may result in order cancellation, refunds, and account penalties.

7. Payouts

Seller earnings accumulate in your payout balance. Minimum payout threshold is $50.00. Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect.
