Nail Professionals and Salons must hold valid licenses where required by law. License information may be verified by Get My Nails. You certify that all licensing information you provide is accurate.

2. Booking Services

Professionals manage their own availability, pricing, and service offerings. Booking confirmation and appointment management are the professional's responsibility.

3. Deposits & Cancellations

Professionals may require deposits. Cancellation policies must be clearly communicated. Deposits may be retained according to the stated policy. See the Booking & Cancellation Policy for details.

4. Sanitation & Safety

Professionals must maintain proper sanitation standards per local regulations. Tools must be sterilized between clients. Health and safety violations are grounds for account termination.

5. Insurance

Professionals are encouraged to maintain liability insurance. Get My Nails is not liable for damages or injuries occurring during services.

6. Payouts via Stripe Connect

Professional earnings are processed through Stripe Connect. Identity verification is required by Stripe. You understand that payouts are subject to Stripe's processing times and requirements.

7. Refunds & Disputes

You understand that refunds, disputes, and chargebacks follow Platform policy. Excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension. Chargeback fees may be passed to the professional.
