1. Payment Processing

All payments on Get My Nails are processed through Stripe. We accept major credit cards. Subscription payments are recurring until canceled.

2. Platform Fees

Get My Nails charges platform fees on marketplace transactions. Current fee rates are displayed at checkout and are configurable by the Platform Administrator.

3. Payout Schedule

Payouts are processed on a schedule set by the Platform Administrator (default: weekly). Minimum payout threshold is $50.00.

4. Stripe Connect

Sellers, creators, and professionals must set up a Stripe Connect Express account to receive payouts. Identity verification is required by Stripe.

5. Refunds

Refund policies are set by individual sellers and professionals. Platform-level refunds may be issued in cases of fraud or guideline violations.

6. Chargebacks

Chargebacks are contested through Stripe. Excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Taxes

Sellers and professionals are responsible for their own tax obligations. Tax forms are provided by Stripe where applicable.
