1. Intellectual Property
Get My Nails respects the intellectual property rights of others. Users must not post content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights.
2. DMCA Takedown Notices
Copyright holders may submit DMCA takedown notices to have infringing content removed. Notices must include the specific URL, proof of ownership, and contact information.
3. Counter-Notifications
Users whose content is removed may submit a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was in error. Counter-notifications must be submitted in good faith.
4. Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly post infringing content will have their accounts terminated in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
5. Trademark Policy
Trademark owners may report unauthorized use of their marks. Get My Nails will review and remove infringing content where appropriate.
6. Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of their original content. By posting, you grant Get My Nails a license to display your content on the Platform. You confirm you own or have permission to publish all content you post.
