1. Program Enrollment

By selecting a Creator or Professional Creator account, you enroll in the Get My Nails Creator Program. You must maintain an active subscription to access creator features.

2. Content Ownership

You confirm that you own or have permission to publish all content you post. You retain ownership of your content while granting Get My Nails a license to display it on the Platform.

3. Monetization

Creators may earn revenue through tips, affiliate links, brand partnerships, and creator marketplace sales. All earnings are subject to platform fees as displayed at checkout.

4. Revenue Sharing

Revenue sharing rates are displayed at checkout and in your earnings dashboard. Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect with a minimum threshold of $50.00.

5. Content Standards

Creators must produce original, high-quality content. Sponsored content must be disclosed. Nails shown must be your own work or properly credited.

6. AI Features

Creators using AI-powered features (inspiration studio, trend analysis) agree to the AI Features Policy. AI-generated content must be labeled as such.

7. Termination

Creator Program participation may be terminated for violation of these terms, subscription cancellation, or extended inactivity.
